
Job description
We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Telecom Engineer to lead the design review, coordination, implementation supervision, and testing of telecommunication systems within large-scale infrastructure projects (Railway/Transport). The role involves both office-based technical leadership and site-based supervision and interface management to ensure full compliance with project specifications, international standards, and contractual requirements.
Review of detailed design documents for telecommunication systems, including fiber & copper cabling systems, multiservice network, WiFi, radio systems, and more. Ensure compliance of all submissions with project specifications, employer's requirements, international standards, and local authority regulations.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in electrical, electronics, or telecommunications engineering, with a minimum of 10+ years of experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, preferably with railway experience. Strong technical reporting and documentation skills are also required.
