Cloud Engineer

We are seeking a Cloud Engineer to undertake issue resolution, problem management, and change management activities in line with customer Service Level Agreements. The successful candidate will have strong proficiency in Windows Server Operating Systems and experience in implementing Azure Services.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Windows Server Operating Systems
• Comprehensive administrative and troubleshooting expertise
• Experience in implementing Azure Services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
• Proven experience administering Microsoft Office 365
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and Service Management Processes
• Working knowledge of Linux/UNIX systems for basic administration and maintenance tasks
• Skilled in collaborating with third-party vendors and remote support teams
• Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure and manage competing priorities
• Experience in cloud migration projects, database administration, and virtualization technologies
• Holds Cybersecurity certifications and understands Project Management methodologies
• Familiarity with architecture frameworks and process experience working in environments aligned to governance and service delivery frameworks
