Takeda is seeking an Operational Excellence Lead to lead the site's Lean transformation and drive measurable operational and financial improvements. The successful candidate will guide a team of Operational Excellence Champions, partner with site leadership, and ensure that Lean initiatives directly support the site's strategic priorities and COP targets.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a technical field or business required
- Deep, hands-on experience in project deployment, with demonstrated project results
- Extensive experience in a Quality, Supply, Supply Chain, or Operations environment required
- Experience in the biopharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences industry is desirable
