Training Supervisor

As a Training Supervisor at BioLife Plasma Services, you will oversee the general management of employees assigned to the production areas, monitor center training needs, and ensure completion of cross-training and annual re-certification training. You will also review Quality Control Records, coordinate and perform new employee orientation, and manage the production area to meet performance goals and quality standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED (Automatic External Defibrillator) certification
• Ability to frequently bend and reach, walk and stand for entire shift, frequent lifting to 32 pounds, and occasional lifting to 50 lbs.
• Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance
• Ability to wear gloves for prolonged periods due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens
