Talan is seeking a Senior Python Developer specializing in AI and Generative AI to develop high-stakes AI solutions, write robust Python code for LLM integration, and present innovative architectural designs to key stakeholders.
Requirements
- End-to-End Development: Lead the development of Python-based AI solutions, moving fluidly from initial POC stages to near-production level code.
- Architectural Strategy: Support the Lead Architect in designing scalable solutions, focusing on process orchestration and fast-paced testing.
- Stakeholder Management: Gather requirements and present technical milestones to stakeholders, demonstrating the feasibility and value of experimental AI models.
- Advanced Orchestration: Define and implement robust architectures for distributed systems, ensuring reliability in complex, regulated environments.
- Ownership & Delivery: Take independent ownership of specific project modules, from technical discovery to final delivery.
- Senior Python Expertise: 4+ years of professional experience in Python development, with a strong focus on AI, Machine Learning, and data analysis.
- Generative AI & LLM: Proven hands-on experience with: RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures and Vector Databases.
- Prompt Engineering and framework mastery (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex).
- Deep understanding of how LLMs function under the hood.
- Infrastructure & Environment: Solid experience with Linux and Cloud platforms
