Home Energy Consultation – Energy Auditor II

Franklin Energy is seeking an Energy Auditor II to provide services to small business tenants, building owners, and utility customers. The ideal candidate will have an Associates degree or equivalent experience, 1 year of experience as an Energy Auditor I, and strong interpersonal, interviewing, and communication skills.

Requirements

• Promote the energy efficiency program to customers through the completion of scheduled energy assessments
• Work with building owners and property managers to provide energy efficiency advice and assistance
• Deliver professional, high quality services to utility customers
• Complete walk through energy assessments of properties
• Install energy saving devices
• Clearly explain and articulate energy assessment findings to building owners
• Mentor new Energy Specialists and conduct field training sessions
• Conduct, oversee, and assist in the resolution of escalations and service calls
• Discuss technical elements of energy consuming equipment
• Enter data into spreadsheets and databases
• Maintain professional appearance
• Build quick rapport with customers
• Lead presentations promoting energy efficiency programs
• Conduct inventory counts and submit inventory reports
• Assure the cleanliness and organization of warehouse locations and fleet vehicle parking areas
• Perform routine vehicle safety inspections and submit inspection and maintenance reports
