Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Legal & Compliance Counsel to support all legal, commercial, regulatory, and governance activities in a fast-paced, cross-border environment. The role involves group-level oversight of legal and compliance matters across multiple jurisdictions.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB), Juris Doctor (JD), or equivalent international legal qualification.
- 3 to 6 years of post-qualification experience in corporate, commercial, regulatory, or technology law.
- Strong working knowledge of UAE commercial law, PDPL, and Free Zone regulations.
- Familiarity with international compliance frameworks: GDPR, US state privacy laws, APAC norms (HK/SG).
- Experience in technology, SaaS, fintech, or online platforms is highly desirable.
- Excellent legal drafting, issue spotting, and stakeholder advisory skills.
- High professional integrity and ability to work autonomously in a multi-jurisdictional setting.
