Engineering & Maintenance Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields)
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in engineering and maintenance management, ideally in heavy industry or manufacturing environments
• Proven experience with TPM, RCM, and other reliability improvement programs
• Strong technical knowledge of equipment such as transformers, dedusting systems, belt conveyors, and mixing systems
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, including experience with root-cause analysis and corrective action implementation
