Finance Manager

Talent Insider is an upcoming HR Consultancy Service founded in 2021, assisting leading brands in Indonesia with growth plans and strategies. The Finance Manager role involves managing company funds, preparing financial reports, and developing strategies based on financial research.

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; certifications such as CFA, CA and Tax Brevet are a plus
• Prior experience within a multinational FMCG/manufacturing company
• Transfer pricing and foreign exchange knowledge
• Strong analytical and leadership abilities
• Fluency in English is a must
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP; prior involvement in system migration and implementation are a plus
• Strong ethics and communication skills, with a customer-oriented and proactive attitude
