Talent Insider is an upcoming HR Consultancy Service, founded in 2021, that assists clients in growth plans and strategies. Job description: Monitor productivity rates, analyze budgets, control production costs, and plan manpower and production process.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or equivalent from reputable university
• Minimum 5 years experience in Rubber Industry
• Good understanding in automotive production process, especially in automotive rubber components
• Familiar in ISO series, Kaizen System, 5S, and Safety
• Able to communicate in English (writing, reading, speaking)
