Job Description
This service foreman position focuses on managing roof repairs and installations in commercial and residential environments. The role involves coordinating with service teams, identifying and fixing leaks, training helpers, utilizing mobile technology for documentation, and maintaining service trucks. It requires a proactive approach, strong leadership, and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Experienced with Metal, TPO, PBC, EPDM, Flat, Shingle – all not required, but preferred.
- OSHA 10/30 preferred, not required.
- Ability to interact with customers in a professional manner.
- Able to successfully pass a background check and MVR.
- Able to train and work with a service helper.
- Able to upkeep and maintain company assigned service truck.
- Ability to lift, carry, climb ladders, and perform hands on work.
- Ability to utilize software app to document notes and photos for each work order.
