Job Description
Tandem Health is looking for a Commercial Partnerships Manager to lead and grow their footprint across the DACH region. The ideal candidate will have experience with healthcare partnerships, sales, or business development, and a strong track record of closing strategic partnerships in complex, regulated environments.
Requirements
- Proven experience with healthcare partnerships, sales, or business development - ideally in health-tech, med-tech, or SaaS companies.
- A strong track record of closing strategic partnerships in complex, regulated environments with providers, EHRs, or pharmaceutical companies.
- Deep knowledge of the DACH healthcare ecosystem - from payors and providers to health IT vendors and regional nuances.
- Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication skills.
- Independent operator with the ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for improving healthcare delivery through thoughtful, impactful innovation.
