As Client Success Lead, you will own the post-sale success, growth, and long-term retention of our largest and most important biopharma relationships.
Requirements
- 6–10 years in post-sale client strategy, delivery operations, partnerships, or strategic customer success in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Background in life sciences consulting, data platforms, digital health, or pharma-adjacent strategy roles
- Executive presence and fluency — able to engage senior leaders across functions and drive alignment in ambiguous environments
- Technical background and/or experience working with complex data (at minimum the role requires learning SQL and low-code tools)
- Strong written and verbal communication that allows you to be an effective participant in both internal debates and external relationships
- Track record of moving quickly, finding shortcuts, and going to unreasonable lengths to deliver on goals
- High NPS with your former teammates
