Job Description
The Certified Industrial Electrician is responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and building out electrical systems and equipment within manufacturing plants, factories, and other industrial settings.
Requirements
- Completion of an apprenticeship program or technical training in electrical work required.
- 2-4 plus year of direct medium Valid electrician’s license or certification as required by local regulations.
- 5-8 years of high voltage electrician's license and experience.
- Strong knowledge of electrical theory, industrial electrical systems, PLCs, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent critical thinking skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to move between Aurora and Montgomery facilities routinely.
- Ability to work alone or within a team.
- Ability to measure, bend and install electrical components and wires per code.
- Ability to develop programs and work on drives, etc.
- Support to trades or areas depending on workloads and projects.
