Job Description
Tanner Clinic is hiring a Clinical Office Specialist (COS) – specifically CNAs, PHLETS, or EMT-B – to provide administrative and patient support in their Antelope, Utah office. Responsibilities include patient consultations, insurance authorizations, appointment scheduling, and assisting with office tasks. There are no invasive procedures allowed.
Requirements
- CNA certification or Basic EMT certification or Phlebotomy certification
- One or more years of healthcare experience preferred
- Knowledge of prior authorizations and referral processes
- Good communication and organization skills
- Ability to work in stressful situations
- Must be able to use appropriate body mechanics techniques
