Job Description
Tao Group Hospitality is seeking an Executive Chef for its Las Vegas location. The role involves daily operations, team management, guest interaction, menu development, and ensuring restaurant quality, safety, and profitability. The ideal candidate will possess culinary expertise, leadership skills, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of previous culinary experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef.
- Two-year associate degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience.
- Strong menu planning, coaching, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Proficient with computers, POS, and technology.
- Must have strong communication and problem-solving skills.
