Recruiter (SEA)

We're hiring a Recruiter to find and attract the very best talent to fuel our growth in South East Asia. As a Recruiter, you'll be out in the market, meeting candidates face-to-face, building local networks, and acting as our in-region talent ambassador.

Requirements

• Strong experience in proactive sourcing and headhunting (agency or in-house)
• Exposure to at least one startup/scale-up environment (Series A–D ideal)
• Track record of hiring and closing top-tier talent
• Data-driven approach to funnels, KPIs, and conversion metrics
• High resilience; thrives in environments with shifting priorities
• Ability to influence stakeholders, defend recommendations, and build trust
• Comfort with in-person, relationship-driven recruiting
• Outgoing and love speaking to people and building meaningful relationships
• Execution Oriented and able to take an idea to implementation
• Mission Oriented and passionate about working for a net positive organisation / tech for good
• Organized and have a system for how you approach your work
• Driven and thrive in a fast-paced, target oriented company
