Job Description
Taptap Send is a fintech company focused on helping immigrants move money home. They are seeking a Tech Lead to guide the evolution of their backend systems, supporting product, operations, and customer support functions. The role emphasizes a collaborative, autonomous environment and impactful growth.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience architecting backend systems
- 2+ years leading technical projects and/or technical teams
- Proficiency with Kotlin
- Proficiency with PostgreSQL
- Proficiency with AWS
- Experience implementing and managing elaborate integrations with third-party APIs
- Experience working on systems that have real-world performance and reliability constraints
- Experience with commercial cloud environments, preferably AWS
- Experience developing software in a collaborative, multi-functional, and fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and ability to manage conflicting priorities
