Lead Azure DevOps Engineer - Remote

We seek a Lead Azure DevOps Engineer responsible for implementing DevOps solutions in Azure. This role combines technical expertise, consulting, and client-facing responsibilities, overseeing solution development, delivery, and ongoing support.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in system administration (Windows and/or Linux), DevOps, software development, or IT operations and at least 4 years of leadership experience
• At least 3 years of project experience in cloud migration and deployment
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates, and Ansible (or similar tools)
• Practical experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (VSTS/TFS), Jenkins, Bamboo, or comparable tools
• Minimum 1 year of experience supporting Azure infrastructure and architectures (experience with AWS or GCP is also acceptable)
• Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python, Groovy, etc.) for automation tasks, from any public cloud environment
• Knowledge of cloud deployment methodologies and emerging cloud technologies
• Skills in performance analysis, troubleshooting, and remediation
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication abilities
• Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently or within virtual team settings
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field
