Oracle Functional Financial Lead Manager

Role Overview

Manage Oracle Fusion Financial modules, develop strategic plans, and lead a team of functional consultants. Work in a hybrid setup, 3 days onsite per week in Makati.

Implement and optimize Oracle Fusion Financial modules, gather business requirements, design solutions, and collaborate with other departments.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• More than 10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financial modules
• More than 5 years of experience as a Functional Lead / Architect with Oracle Cloud
• Expertise in at least 3 Financial Modules
• Proven experience in managing at least 5 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financial implementations
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
