Senior Engineer, Group Leader - Land Development

Tatham Engineering is seeking a Senior Engineer, Group Leader in Land Development. The successful candidate will lead a team of Project Managers and technical support staff, and be responsible for the planning, design, construction inspection and administration of municipal infrastructure projects. The role requires a minimum of 10 years of engineering experience, preferably in the consulting environment, and a P.Eng. in the province of Ontario, registered with PEO.

Requirements

• Communicate regularly with the Senior Manager to provide updates on actions and strategies to achieve group goals and targets
• Develop and execute quarterly business plans, set goals and targets for the group as established with the Senior Manager to expand both services provided and market areas
• Develop, manage, lead, train, discipline, mentor and motivate all members of the group
• Manage and complete project as a Senior Engineer, including budget, schedule and resource management, billings, and client liaison
• Lead business development and raise the profile of the department and the company
