
Job description
The Junior Program Analyst will work directly with Government personnel to meet program analyst needs of the project. The role involves assisting program leaders, tracking cost and schedule, and preparing reports. The position requires a BA/BS degree in Business Administration or a related field and at least 4 years of experience in a professional work environment.
Assist program leaders, track cost and schedule, prepare cost vs. schedule variance reports, create task order entries, and communicate with leadership on project progress.
The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS degree in Business Administration or a related field, at least 4 years of experience in a professional work environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Prior experience working in a project management or program support role within a military or government environment is preferred.
