Requirements

• Fluent in Python and knowledge of open-source agent frameworks
• Deep experience building complex production-grade LLM-based agentic systems
• Comfortable working in an ambiguous and fast-changing space
• Senior mindset with ability to set direction, own decisions, and get things over the finish line
• Excellent communication skills to teach others and communicate complex ideas with clarity
