Planet Fitness is seeking a Part Time Member Services Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service to members, prospective members, and guests, and maintain a positive and welcoming environment in the club.

Requirements

• Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service
• Handle all front desk related activities including answering phones, checking members into the system, taking prospective members on tours, and signing up new members
• Facilitate needed updates to member's accounts, respond to member questions and concerns, and assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club
