Requirements
- Proven success in performance marketing
- Very good knowledge of Meta Ads and at least one other advertising network
- Experience with tracking & attribution (e.g. UTM parameters, Meta CAPI, Google Tag Manager, Hyros, Triple Whale, etc.)
- Understanding of customer journeys, funnels, and conversion optimization
- Analytical thinking style, high self-responsibility, and work goal-oriented
