IT Ops & Infrastructure role involves understanding cloud technology, building systems from scratch, and migrating servers from premises to cloud. The role also involves application support, database maintenance, network management, and service desk support.

Requirements

• Well understanding about cloud technology
• Building system from the scratch
• Experience on migration server (from premises to cloud, from cloud to cloud)
• Application support, configurations, installations, and troubleshooting
• Database maintenance, Application and infrastructure monitoring
• Network management and firewall management
• Service desk support, IT Operations help desk and support
• Monitoring network infrastructure and traffic flow
• Setting up and authorizing software & hardware (deployment, upgrade, and support), and server resources for new users
• Assist in developing operating, installation, and upgrade procedures for communication systems, hardware, network, security, storage and software
• Assist in documenting current hardware and network environments, including servers, PCs, IT security and network systems
