Job Description
Customer Success Manager for B2B customers, responsible for long-term collaboration, customer support, and up-selling/cross-selling opportunities. Must have technical understanding of charging infrastructure, battery storage solutions, and photovoltaic systems, with experience in sales and customer consulting.
Requirements
- Successful completion of a technical study or comparable vocational training (e.g. Electrical Engineering)
- Technical understanding of charging infrastructure, battery storage solutions, and photovoltaic systems
- First experience in photovoltaic systems, rooftop leasing, and charging infrastructure (e.g. in Key Account/Sales area)
- Passion for customer consulting and sales combined with good technical understanding
- Communicative, self-assured, and open approach
- Independent and structured work on all communication channels, as well as a sense of responsibility
