Quality Inspector

The Quality Technician at the Bowling Green Distribution Center is responsible for evaluating, analyzing and documenting incoming product returns, conducting periodic inspections of incoming product, and working with other members of the DC team to ensure correct identification, segregation and analysis of returns.

Requirements

• Perform inspection and data entry of various Culinary products in accordance with company standards and customer requirements.
• Determine acceptable criteria using defined engineering and quality criteria.
• Able to follow rework, testing, and/or inspection protocols.
• Document all product inspections accurately to reflect the inspection criteria used, results and any needed rework was performed.
• Perform product audits to validate performance, features, and quality expectations as needed.
• Process Customer / Consumer Returns as needed based on company standards for disposition criteria.
• Maintain work areas to assure a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties or projects as assigned by the Quality Leader.
