Requirements
- Proven experience in AAA game production, from concept to release
- Strong background in agile methodologies within a game development environment
- Ability to set ambitious goals and deliver results, with an understanding of ROI
- High level of ownership and motivation to directly influence the final quality of the game
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
- Experience working with JIRA
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Good command of English
