TechnoServe is seeking a Partnership Officer to support the Benin Poultry Industry Transformation Program. The officer will provide support services to producers, identify partners, and co-develop interventions to improve producer support services, poultry production, and the regulatory environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in entrepreneurship, management, economic development, agriculture, commerce, international relations, or related field
• One to three years of experience in the private sector, consulting, or partnership management
• Experience in developing reports and presentations
• Good understanding of market systems and experience in conducting market analysis
• Proficiency in standard office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent writing and synthesis skills
• Good command of French in writing and speaking
