Performance Test Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a Performance Test Engineer to develop, execute, and optimize automated performance testing for projects across different platforms.

What You Will Do

Develop Automated Performance Test Scripts, create and maintain performance test scripts using LoadRunner, simulate real-world user behavior, and analyze system response times under varying loads.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in performance engineering and automated testing
• Strong experience in LoadRunner (Controller, VuGen, Performance Center), and API performance testing
• Expertise in monitoring tools like Dynatrace, SiteScope, or equivalent
• Hands-on experience in database performance tuning
• Knowledge of Web, Citrix, Click & Script, SOAP, RTE, and SAPGUI protocols for performance testing
• Experience in Git, Azure DevOps, or equivalent for version control and CI/CD pipelines
• Ability to articulate technical findings and collaborate across teams
