Senior Python Engineer

Role Overview

Techwave is a leading global IT and engineering services and solutions company. We are looking for a Senior Python Engineer to join our team. The role involves designing and implementing scalable APIs and ingestion services using Python and Azure Functions.

What You Will Do

Design and implement scalable APIs and ingestion services using Python and Azure Functions. Architect and optimize data pipelines for large datasets. Implement asynchronous integrations using Azure Service Bus / Event-based patterns.

Why It Might Be a Fit

We are looking for a candidate with 5-8 years of experience in development of enterprise solutions using Python. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Python, Django, React, Azure Functions, REST API design, and SQL performance tuning and data modeling skills.

Requirements

• 4-6 years' experience in development of enterprise solutions using Python
• Strong experience in Python, Django, React, Azure Functions, REST API design
• Strong SQL performance tuning and data modeling skills
• Experience with event-driven and asynchronous architectures
• Strong understanding of audit, compliance, and data lineage needs
