AI Project Manager

Role Overview

The AI Project Manager owns customer engagements end-to-end, partnering with AI Implementation Consultants to apply TechWolf's solutions to customer business problems, and driving projects to a working outcome.

What You Will Do

Manage timeline, scope, risk, budget, and stakeholders, adapt solutions to customer reality, enable and educate customer teams, operate AI-first, and partner with Customer Success.

Requirements

• 3+ years in consulting or client-facing delivery role at a scale-up
• Track record of running customer-facing projects with measurable outcomes
• Sharp on structured problem-solving and stakeholder management
• Excited about working AI-first day to day
• Bias toward shipping
• Based in Belgium and eager to work from the Ghent office at least 3 days a week
