Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in team and project management in a SaaS environment
• Daring spirit, dynamism, and ability to motivate others
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a passion for teamwork
• Leadership experience and change management
• Experience in team development, including recruitment, integration, training, and coaching
• Knowledge and experience of agile values and principles
• College or university diploma (bachelor's degree or equivalent) in computer science or related technical field
