Schwickert’s Tecta America is seeking a motivated Commercial Roofing Foreman to lead a crew of roofers in installing commercial roofing products and systems with the highest degree of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Requirements

• Inspect roofs for damages and leaks
• Perform roof repairs as needed
• Provide training, leadership and direction to the field employees under their supervision
• Maximize productivity while maintaining job costs, installation quality and employee safety
• Ensure the proper utilization of materials and equipment
