A Consultant provides quality consulting services to clients on the engagements to which they are assigned, either individually or as a member of a broader team, depending on engagement. The role involves providing professional, effective, and consistent delivery of consulting services on all assigned engagements, collaborating on project activities and deliverables with fellow Tegria team members, and working independently or as part of a project team on a client engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years Epic Cadence & Decision Tree analyst experience
- Up-to-date Epic Cadence certification & Decision Tree Badge
- Experience with Template Optimization
- Expertise in integrated scheduling required
- Typically, 6+ years’ experience and certification/licensure to support some or all of the following: Healthcare IT and/or healthcare technical solutions, Healthcare operations, Change Management, Organizational Transformation, Executing large scale consulting / professional services engagements, Instructional design
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Able to work successfully with minimal supervision and wide latitude for independent judgement
- Experience mentoring less experienced team members
- Demonstrated success in project/engagement management
- Proficiency in using Office Productivity and Collaboration Tools (e.g., O365)
