Tekion is looking for a data-driven and customer-obsessed Product Engagement Specialist to join their Product Solutions Marketing team.
Requirements
- Define, implement, and manage tagging strategies and analytics frameworks in Pendo to measure user behavior, feature adoption, and product engagement.
- Build and maintain real-time dashboards to surface insights for key stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Partner Success, and Leadership.
- Design, deploy, and optimize in-app experiences including onboarding flows, walkthroughs, tooltips, and announcements that enhance user understanding and value realization.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product Managers, Product Marketing, UX Designers, and Engineers to embed Pendo analytics into the product development lifecycle.
- Conduct regular audits of tags and guides to ensure data accuracy and maintain high usability standards.
- Establish and maintain governance standards, documentation, and best practices for Pendo usage across the organization.
- Support segmentation, targeting strategies, and A/B testing to deliver personalized user experiences and measure impact.
- Translate behavioral data and customer insights into actionable recommendations to improve product usability and customer satisfaction.
