Job description
We are seeking a Systems Administrator, Installation to join our Task Order proposal on the Defense Intelligence Agency’s Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise III (SITE III). The Systems Administrator, Installation maintains smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, including coordination with network engineers. TekSynap is a fast-growing high-tech company that understands both the pace of technology today and the need to have a comprehensive well-planned information management environment.
Monitors and manages system resources, including CPU usage, disk usage, and response times to maintain operating efficiency. Performs systems security administration functions, including creating user profiles and accounts. Interacts with users and evaluates vendor products.
Requires a strong understanding of systems administration and security principles, as well as experience working in DoD or Intelligence Community environments. Must have a TS/SCI + CI Poly clearance and one of the following certifications: Security+, SSCP, CySA+, GSEC, CND, Microsoft Windows Server certification, Red Hat Certified System Administrator, Linux+, VMware VCP, or AWS Sys Ops Administrator.
