We are looking for a Responsible for Project Implementation to lead the implementation of advanced technological security solutions for critical operations organizations within the operations area.
Requirements
- Lead the deployment of technological projects related to security in high-sensitivity operational environments.
- Coordinate and direct technical teams in demanding and high-criticality contexts.
- Ensure the correct implementation of technological solutions in accordance with quality standards, times, and budgets.
- Manage direct relationships with complex clients, providing effective responses in critical situations.
- Align deployment activities with engineering, support, and project management areas.
- Promote continuous process improvement and excellence in service delivery.
- Academic qualification: University degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or similar.
- Minimum 5 years in similar positions such as project manager, operations manager, or implementation manager.
- Previous experience in technological sector companies, solution integrators, or in the field of critical systems security.
- Technical knowledge: Applied technological security in high-demand operational environments and technological resilience.
- Project management (PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or other certifications).
- Leadership: Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, including internal technicians and external providers.
- Client management: Proven experience in dealing with high-level technical clients and demanding environments.
- Languages: Spanish: native or bilingual., English: advanced level (minimum B2-C1).
- Valuable: French or other relevant languages for international environments.
- Key competencies: Leadership, strategic thinking, decision-making, effective communication, results-oriented, and resilience.
