Treasury Accountant

Role Overview

Reporting directly to the Group Treasurer, this position plays a key role in managing and overseeing treasury-related accounting activities. The role involves managing and supervising all the accounting aspects related to treasury activities, ensuring compliance with “hedge accounting” rules as per IFRS 9 and IFRS 7, and assisting the rest of the Treasury team in pricing deals for credit risk.

What You Will Do

Manage and supervise all the accounting aspects related to treasury activities, including accounts reconciliation, reporting/disclosure, and assisting the audit (internal/external). Assist the rest of the Treasury team in pricing deals for credit risk, complement the Treasury team for Cash management and other treasury tasks, and assist the Group Treasurer in financing activities (internal/external) and budgeting and forecasting.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You should have strong accounting/treasury/risk management background, strong knowledge in “Hedge accounting” as per IFRS 9 and IFRS 7, experience of working within a Treasury team, and knowledge of Transfer pricing & intercompany Loan management.
