Observes patient's rhythms on telemetry monitors, continually assesses patient's baseline rhythm and communicates any changes according to department procedures.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
- Completed course work in medical terminology Preferred
- Trade School EKG Technician program Preferred
- General Experience in a role requiring competency in cardiac rhythm interpretation Required
- General Experience working in a hospital environment and handling patients, or related healthcare position Preferred
