Senior Project Manager, Cloud Services

Role Overview

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead and coordinate strategic cloud-related projects across local and regional markets, overseeing execution, stakeholder alignment, and service quality. This role requires a technical mindset, strong project delivery ownership, and excellent cross-cultural communication skills.

You will lead end-to-end execution of Tencent Cloud-related projects, coordinate with internal teams and external service providers, and manage complex stakeholder networks across international environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 5+ years of project management or PMO experience in cloud computing, IT services, or infrastructure delivery
• Solid knowledge of cloud platforms or enterprise IT architecture
• Familiarity with project delivery lifecycles from scoping to deployment and acceptance
• Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects across international or cross-regional teams
• Strong command of English and Chinese Mandarin for business communication and cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a high sense of ownership
• PMP, IPMP, or similar project management certifications preferred
