Senior Vice President, Investor Relations

Teneo is seeking a Senior Vice President to maintain and build business relationships with clients and execute work programs. The role requires a high level of experience in financial modeling analytics, with a preference for prior buy side / sell side equity analyst roles or investment banking experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 10+ years of experience
• Investor buy-side equity analyst, sell-side research analyst or investment banking experience
• Exceptional and demonstrated understanding of how strategy and business execution impact financial performance and value creation
• Strong ability to convey strategic and financial messages in written materials, financial models and data analysis
• Financial Acumen: capital markets, accounting and finance, financial modeling, extensive experience with reporting, financial disclosures, quarterly releases, shareholder activism and the regulatory landscape
• Executive Presence: gravitas, confidence, ability to present to a CEO (C-Suite leadership team)
• Leadership Skills: strong management and organizational skills with the ability to develop and execute multiplatform strategies for clients while working with the client and Teneo account teams
