The Administrative Assistant serves as the lead customer service ambassador for designated Paley Institute physicians, responsible for office and surgical scheduling, calendar management, and greeting patients and their families.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 3-5 years of experience in customer service or administration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
