Assists physician during procedures, prepares C-section suite, and participates in department staff meetings and performance improvement activities.

- Solid clinical knowledge base and safe clinical skills
- Recognizes and responds appropriately to changes in patient condition

- Evaluates and modifies care based on patient response
- Evaluates and modifies standards of care based on achieved patient outcomes
- Adapts procedures to be age-specific
- Schedules tests and treatments efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Attends vaginal deliveries to assist RN and physician
- Performs related duties as required
