Practice Coordinator

The Practice Coordinator is responsible for greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and coordinating the daily operations of the physician office, including medical records, patient and physician scheduling, and ordering office supplies.

Requirements

• Greeting patients, answering phones and scheduling appointments
• Collection of accurate patient demographics
• Answers telephones in a prompt and courteous manner
• Insurance verification
• Referral processing
• Charge entry and patient balance processing
• Daily reconciliation of charges and payments
• Manage, copy, and review medical records to ensure accuracy
• Coordinate daily operations of the physician office
• Oversee front desk and confirm appointments
• Order office supplies
