Job Description
The Registered Nurse provides safe and effective nursing care to patients in the NICU unit, utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based practice. They are responsible for administering and performing specialized nursing care, supervising assigned personnel, and adhering to the Florida State Nurse Practice Act. Requirements
- Valid Florida RN license
- Current BLS certification
- ACLS certification (if applicable)
- PICU or Neonatal ICU experience
- Knowledge of evidence-based practice
