Teradyne is seeking a motivated Engineer to provide world-class support to Teradyne Semiconductor Test Products. This role involves managing customer requests, coordinating activities within the program management process, and creating training materials. The position focuses on a dynamic and challenging global support environment, potentially including travel to customer sites.
Requirements
- Manage customer requests and product escalations
- Provide product support to NPI, new installations, and all active installed base
- Coordinate and support PUP and PIP activities at international sites
- Create and provide Product Training Documents and Procedures
- Travel for Training, Support, and Installation activities in assigned region
- Data analyst function: Create monthly MTBF reports
- Work with field team to clarify part failure records
- Create new FRU and Technical Bulletins/Service Bulletins
- Work with field team to update database
