Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to provide essential HR talent acquisition support across the company and be responsible for full cycle recruitment, including planning, intake meetings, sourcing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.

Requirements

• 5+ years recruitment experience in the high-tech industry
• Strong problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work independently
• Experienced working in a fast-paced environment and delivering within tight turn-around times
• Good at proactive candidates sourcing, capturing market insights
• Good command of English
• A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
• Bachelor's in Human Resources or relevant field
