Senior Java Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a Senior Java Full Stack Developer to join our Information Technology team. The ideal candidate is a highly skilled technical expert with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, a creative mindset, and exceptional attention to detail.

Requirements

• Design, develop and test reliable and reusable code
• Provide client support to troubleshoot bugs and performance issues
• Analysis of requirements, user interface sketches, estimating and solution proposals
• Providing database support and data fix analysis and remediation
• Writing, updating and maintaining documentation
• Participate in estimation of work effort needed to create release plans and roadmaps
• Develop and test software in a variety of programming languages and environments
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues
• Participate in the implementation and deployment of solutions
• Participate in the debugging and resolution of production issues
• Provide technical oversight and guidance as needed in the development of new and existing projects
• Actively coach, mentor, and support the development of software developers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement
• Promote and uphold coding standards, best practices, and development procedures, and contribute to their ongoing enhancement
